We provide all the necessary equipment for Pilates, including mats, blocks, and reformers. Feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer!

Safety is our priority. All instructors are certified, and we conduct thorough equipment checks before each class. We also limit class sizes to ensure personalised attention.
What happens if Iām late for a class?
If you arrive late, please enter quietly and join the class at a suitable point. For safety reasons, our instructors may not be able to allow entry if more than 10 minutes late.
